As per the Singapore government guidelines, we provide unlocked phones. Unlock phones can be operated by using any network of your choice. To be precise, none of our phones is bound to a specific network provider, and you can use our phones freely with your preferred sim service provider.

We recommend our customers to inspect the product thoroughly before purchasing. Defected products can be asked for exchange immediately at the time of sale. No claim for the exchange of a defective product would be honored once you walk out of our shop.

Yes, do we honor the trade-in requests of our customers. The original box, accessories, and belongings of the phone to be trade-in is required. Furthermore, to comply with the government's policies for preventing the sale of stolen goods, identity verification is mandatory. The same goes for the sale of used and new mobile phones.

We are not a GST registered company, and that's why we do not include GST in the prices of our phones.

Mobile for Sale has a fair price policy, and we do not deduct any hidden charges if the payment is made in cash. However, you may have to pay a delivery fee, bank charges, and other fees according to the regulations for online transactions.

At the moment, we are providing mobile phones on installment to UOB cardholders only. UOB cardholders can apply for an interest-free installment plan. A one-time service fee of 3-6% is added to the installment plan. The longer the duration of the installment plan, the higher will be the processing fee.

Mobile for Sale is not listed as a GST registered company. Hence, any claims for the refund of GST do not apply to our sales.

For walk-in sales, we advise our customers to bring cash for a quick transaction. Cash transactions are also not subjected to any hidden charges.

Yes, we keep our store stocked all the time with the latest phones and accessories. However, highly demanded products go out of stock more often due to massive sales. A query at the call for confirmation of the availability of your chosen product is always advisable.

Delivery service is available at the cost of $20. You can inquire further about the delivery service at our helpline 8151 5155 / 8620 0009. Helpline remains operational from 11 am –9.30 pm daily.

Mobile for Sale does not offer an international warranty for its products. However, you can claim a local warranty for your phone in case of any defect.

An export set is imported from different countries with an international warranty. At Mobile for Sale, imported sets are not subjected to warranty claims. However, local sets are acquired from local distributors, and they offer a minimum one-year time limit for warranty claims.

The trade-in facility lets the customers exchange their used and box packed phones for another phone with different features, brands, and specifications. In the case of selling your mobile phone, no exchange of product is involved, and you get cash against your phone instantly.

Mobile for Sale works in close communication with the local distributors and buys in-demand products in bulk quantity. Smart analysis of market trends and consumer demands helps us buy in-demand products in bulk at discounted rates.
